Galvanization of metals with zinc is a process of galvanizing of steel surface with a special pistol filled with melted zinc wire. Process of galvanization with zinc is an excellent way of corrosion metal protection. The surface itself needs to be free of grease and shot-blasted with Sa 3 quality (Look at Services > Shot-blasting). After the preparation of the surface with air and gas which melt the zinc wire, and with usage of compressed air, melted zinc is applied to steel surface.
